This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Cabellut BV.
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery at info@litacabellut.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Returned artworks must:
Be in original condition
Be undamaged
Be returned in suitable protective packaging
Be shipped with tracking and insurance
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All works are part of a numbered limited edition series. Edition numbers are part of a fixed production run and do not constitute personalisation under EU consumer law.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are only refunded where required by law.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:
Order number
Photos of the artwork and packaging
We will assess and provide an appropriate resolution (replacement, repair, or refund).
Returns may be refused if:
The artwork is not returned in original condition
Damage occurred after delivery due to improper handling
The return is initiated outside the legal withdrawal period
